Soros-tied Group Fined Over '04 Ads
Personally I don't see how fining those who are wealthy really does anything to help the process of cutting down on those who violate election law, if there is going to be enforcement at all perhaps the best punishment would be to not allow them to donate at all for a certain period of time.

If we banned them for a certain amount of time from donating, they would simply pop up as a different entity and do the same thing again. Toss em' in jail with Tom Noe for a few years.
